We tailor capacity building programs for different groups of youth beneficiaries, and we consults for other organization, businesses & companies that work with Youth as beneficiaries or employees.

We help individuals and teams by organizing retreats for self reflection, team building and recreations. Our retreats can be done at clients location, our Kizazi Huru Village in Morogoro and preferred tourists destinations.  We also help tourist by picking up from the airport to hotel and manage your every day trips and accommodation.

Through our capacity building programs, we have created a data base of youth beneficiaries with skills set preferred by small, medium and companies.  We help individuals, businesses, and companies by providing them with youthful human resources and management including in agriculture sectors.

Our job is to create jobs for out of school and underprivileged youth, we are interested to work with any organizations, businesses or companies that's work on sectors with promising employment opportunities. We consult for all farm owners who seek for professional farm management services as well as skilled labor.
